What is a 3PL fulfillment center?
Who can benefit from using your services?
We work with eCommerce businesses of all sizes—from startups to established brands—who want to outsource their warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping.
What types of products do you handle?
We can store and ship a wide variety of non-hazardous products, including apparel, electronics, beauty products, supplements, and more. Restricted items (such as perishables, flammables, or regulated goods) may require prior approval.
How is inventory stored?
Your products are stored securely in our warehouse using a combination of bins, shelves, and pallets, depending on size and volume.
Can I track my inventory in real time?
Yes! Our warehouse management system (WMS) provides a client portal where you can view inventory levels, incoming shipments, and outbound orders in real time.
How do I send inventory to your facility?
You’ll create an inbound shipment in our portal, then ship your products to our fulfillment center. Once received, we’ll process and store them, ready for fulfillment.
What kind of freight do you deliver?
As a New York trucking company, we’re dedicated to delivering to NYC union job sites. So, we generally find ourselves delivering construction materials, machinery, glass, facades, steel, rebar, electrical equipment, and mechanical equipment. However, feel free to contact us about delivering items that do not fit this criteria, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
How are orders processed?
When a customer places an order on your online store, our system automatically imports it. Our team then picks, packs, and ships it according to your specifications.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes—orders received by our cutoff time are shipped the same day. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.
Can I use my own custom packaging?
Absolutely! You can supply branded boxes, inserts, or marketing materials, and we’ll use them when fulfilling your orders.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, ensuring reliable domestic and international shipping.
Do you offer discounted shipping rates?
Yes, we pass along our bulk shipping discounts to you, helping you save on fulfillment costs.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes—we ship worldwide. We can also help with customs documentation and duty handling.
